This is a vintage long leg panty girdle, Style #100 by Pellini, which was a small manufacturer in central New Jersey. This is a very simple girdle with very long legs (probably to just above the knee), a center seam in front and back and no garters loops.
Size S; unstretched top measurement: 20". New, old store stock.
