This is a vintage classic style pantsliner, Style #6419 by Montgomery Ward. There are satin-stitched reinforcing panels in the front and on the sides. The back is designed to enhance the buttocks; in fact, the photographs suggest that this is backless but that is a trick of the lighting on the mannequin. The lace leg bands are 3" wide and have hose gripper lining. Nice classic pantsliner.
SIZE 40; unstretched waist measurement: 32". This girdle came from a private collection several years ago and is in excellent condition.
