Probably Playtex Style #2698 18 Hour open bottom girdle,
which has been modified by shortening at the waist and
sewing on a 3/4" elastic waist band. 4 attached metal garters.
Certainly not new, but excellent condition -- looks unworn!
SIZE: Tag is missing; estimated size is 40.
Unstretched waist measurement: 31"; length at the side: 13.5".
