This is a cute, stretchy brief-style panty girdle, Style #71 by Vassarette. Light blue decorative stitching around the waist and in the elastic front panel which is also decorated with little shiny dots, self-fabric crotch and 4 detachable plastic garters. This is a vintage girdle, probably made before Lycra came on the market.
SIZE XL; unstretched top measurement: 24". New, from a private collection, with original tag. It looks too small to be a size XL, but stretches to fit the large mannequin without any trouble.
